Access permission does not approve later actions.

Simulated host. Lost acknowledgement commits the change but withholds its response. Receipt lookup and snapshot refresh are separate read operations.

Interactions use local sample data.

Usage and props

Authorize the current exact scope on the host, retain the original command and acknowledge its receipt. Permission grants remain separate from action approvals; reconnecting must not replay a decision.
